Lusitanian Artists on Tracklib

Lusitanian Music is the first Portuguese music publisher to be supplying music to Swedish platform Tracklib, which is legalizing sampling while creating new revenue streams for publishers and labels alike.

The first Lusitanian artists to be featured where Primitive Reason, followed by Lusitanian Ghosts and its highlight on the traditional regional chordophone instruments from Portugal: the violas Amarantina, Beiroa, Braguesa, Campaniça, Terceira and Toeira.

Of course, O Gajo and OMIRI followed suit shortly, while Tracklib has already licensed its first Lusitanian track: the Lusitanian Ghosts’ “Capitularium” track has already been sampled, earning its writers and label the first Tracklib payout for the Lusitanian catalogue. Find out more on Tracklib:
